I do my best to describe and photograph products accurately. However, colours, sizes, and materials may look slightly different depending on your screen or device.
All jewellery measurements and weights are approximate.
3. Prices and Payment

- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- Payment must be made in full before items are sent.
- I accept secure payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean the order has been accepted.
I may refuse or cancel an order if:
- an item is out of stock
- I cannot get the required materials to make the item
- there is a pricing error
- payment cannot be processed
- I suspect fraud or misuse
If I cancel your order after payment, I will refund you in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
I aim to dispatch orders within the time shown on this website.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside my control, such as courier problems.
Hallmarked items require at least two weeks additional processing time. I will advise of estimated delivery timescales when I have reviewed your order.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Please see more details in the Returns & Refunds policy on this website.
Returned items must:
- be unused and in original condition
- include original packaging
- not be personalised or custom-made.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be returned unless faulty.
Refunds are processed after returned items are received and checked.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and order details.
I will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
8. Jewellery Care
Jewellery should be handled carefully and kept away from water, perfumes, chemicals, and extreme heat.
Normal wear and tear, tarnish, accidental damage or improper care are not considered faults.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, belongs to me or my suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for:
- indirect or unexpected losses
- delays outside my control
- damage caused by misuse of products
