Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
This policy applies to all jewellery purchased directly through this website.
1. Ready-to-Wear Jewellery (Non-Bespoke/Custom)
For non-bespoke/custom jewellery, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and unworn, and,
- returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to let me know you would like to return an item.
2. Bespoke, Made-to-Order & Personalised Jewellery
Many of my pieces are created especially for you. Because of this, bespoke, custom, made-to-order, and personalised jewellery cannot usually be returned or refunded.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to items made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
This includes:
- Items made to your requested size or measurements
- Custom designs or modifications
- Engraved or personalised items
- Pieces created specifically to order
Once production has started, bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
I carefully inspect all jewellery before dispatch, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please include clear photographs to help me resolve the issue quickly.
If a fault is confirmed, I will offer a repair, a replacement, or, a full refund in line with your statutory rights.
4. Returns
How to Request a Return
If your order is eligible for a return, then please email [email protected]
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for return
Please note that returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
I reserve the right to refuse returns where items show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage that is not due to a manufacturing fault.
Return Shipping
- I cannot yet offer free returns, so return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- I recommend using a tracked and insured postal service as responsibility for the item(s) remains with you until received by me
- Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
6. Exchanges
I understand that sometimes an exchange may be needed. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please contact me before returning your item.
